Predictable 8 includes an important change that affects everyone who uses the app.
After updating, you will be asked to log back into your Predictable account. This is routine for many apps, but for some AAC users, especially those who use alternative access, this step may require support.
What’s changing
When Predictable 8 is installed, the app will open at the login screen. Access will only be restored once the correct login details are entered.
Why this matters
Some Predictable users cannot enter login details independently. If the update happens when no support is available, this could mean temporary loss of communication access.
What you need to do before updating
Before installing Predictable 8, please make sure you:
Know the login email and password linked to the Predictable account
