How do I get Predictable support?
We're proud to say that Predictable has a wealth of features, but that can mean that it's not always easy to find the setting you need to change! We want Predictable to feel as easy and natural as possible to use, which is why we're always available to answer any questions you might have.
There are a number of ways to get in touch with us. Firstly, emailing firstname.lastname@example.org will create a helpdesk ticket for your issue and we'll work with you to get the issue sorted. You can also quickly chat with us by using the chat in the bottom corner of this website. You can also chat with us on Facebook, or reach us on Twitter.
If trying to chat, please bear in mind that our office is open 9am-6pm UK time. Also, due to current working from home guidelines, it is unlikely that you will be able to reach us by phoning our office at the moment. If you'd like organise an online call, please let us know using the channels above and a member of the team would be happy to set up a call with you.
