We have partnered to be able to provide access to use ElevenLabs voices easily within Predictable. Furthermore, we are offering FREE ElevenLabs voice clones to people with non-temporary speech loss caused by a diagnosed disease so that they are able to use it within Predictable. You can apply here for your free voice clone on the webpage above.

1. Create a Free ElevenLabs account and Apply for a voice clone through the Impact Program. Choose Therapy Box as the company when filling out the information.

2. Next fill out the form found above on the Therapy Box website. Please note that this needs to be filled out on your behalf by a healthcare professional such as a Speech Language Therapist.

3. If your application is approved, Therapy Box will approve your request through the ElevenLabs Impact program and you will receive a confirmation email.

4. You can then head to ElevenLabs and create your voice clone!

Head to the sign up page (https://elevenlabs.io/app/subscription) and follow through the steps. If you already are signed up for a free account, you will need to upgrade to a Pro account. Sign in to your account and follow the steps below: - Choose Pro level subscription and enter the code given by Therapy Box at the checkout - At checkout it should show that the coupon was applied to make the account free - You will need to enter your credit card number (in case you exceed the character limit), but it will not be charged. When you check out there will be a £0 balance. - Once your account is created, you are able to continue to create your professional voice clone.

ElevenLabs is providing free subscriptions to their “Pro plan” for all ALS/MND clients. This plan currently has a limit of 500,000 characters per month. Character rollovers: Any unused characters from a user's monthly allowance (up to twice their monthly character limit) can now be carried over to the following month. ElevenLabs has a setting to ensure you don't exceed the character limit (or your credit card will be charged): - On the ElevenLabs website, click your account name in the bottom left corner - In the menu, click Subscription - Under the Subscription Details section, turn off the slider " Enable usage based billing".

Yes, however Predictable has built in a range of features to reduce the effects of being offline. You are able to download your Grid phrases in your ElevenLabs voice which are then able to be used offline. Additionally you are able to choose an offline voice, this can be a voice you have banked with a different provider or a device voice. Either way, it means that you will always be able to communicate with a voice of your choosing whether you are online or offline.

Audio files can be almost any type (e.g., WAV, mp3) but ElevenLabs recommends MP3. More information here on the ElevenLabs website: What files do you accept for voice cloning?.

Yes! You can create an ElevenLabs Voice Clone in many languages. Full list HERE. Additionally, you can clone your voice in one language and then type/translate it into another language if it’s among the supported languages. After uploading audio, you do not receive your voice clone immediately. It must go through fine-tuning and you will receive an email when it’s ready to use.

If you have failed all five verification attempts:

ElevenLabs: What can I do if I failed to verify my Professional Voice Clone (PVC)? If you fail all five of your verification attempts during the creation of your professional voice clone, you will have to reach out to ElevenLabs support so they can look into it for you. If everything looks correct, they will remove the verification attempt and then you can redo the process from the start.

If you are no longer speaking or your voice has changed significantly you can Manually verify through ElevenLabs: Here is a step by step guide for Manual Verification.

• When you get to the verification process you will need to submit a support ticket to request manual verification due to an ALS diagnosis.

• You will receive an email from ElevenLabs Support, asking you to log-in to your account and finish manual verification.

• There are 3 pieces of paperwork that are required to be uploaded for manual verification (best to get these before starting to create your voice clone if possible):

  • Copy or picture of your photo ID ( ex: drivers license, passport)

  • ElevenLabs Manual Verification Form completed/signed by client

  • Clinical note or letter from physician attesting to ALS diagnosis (Sample: Letter Requesting Physician Note)
