Send Phrases to Message Window & Speak Phrases on Tap

Send Phrases to Message Window means when you tap on a pre-built phrase, it is sent to the message window. Contrastingly, Speak Phrases on Tap will mean that when you tap on a phrase, it is spoken. If you decide to enable both, when you tap on a phrase, it is both sent to the message window and
spoken.

A new feature for Predictable 6 is Speak Category on Tap
which, when enabled, will read out the Category name when
tapped. This function is especially useful for users with poor
visibility.
